We may change this Agreement and our Services: Ignite2Unite may, without notice, update, revise or change the Agreement as well as the scope and functionality of Ignite2Unite, in whole or in part, at any time. When we do this we will post it on the Site and you agree to review the updated Agreement before continuing to use the Ignite2Unite Services.
Paid subscriptions: If and when you subscribe for paid Services requiring a monthly or annual payment, you hereby agree to the Subscription Fees, in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. All Ignite2Unite subscriptions made online at Ignite2Unite renew automatically using the payment details on file for your account.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee for all subscriptions. Easy. Just send a request to info@ignite2unite.com and we'll take care of it.
3rd Party Charges: When using our services, you could incur texting charges from your mobile carrier or foreign currency charges from your bank or credit card provider amongst other charges not directly made by Ignite2Unite. Ignite2Unite is not responsible for 3rd party charges you may incur.
Our prices may change: Our prices may change in the future. When/if pricing changes, we will notify you of the change in advance and you will always have the opportunity to cancel or change your subscription before applying those changes to your account.
Be a good member: As a member, you agree that information you receive is only for personal use and will not be used commercially.
You indemnify us: You agree to indemnify and hold Ignite2Unite, its parents and subsidiaries, and each of their respective members, officers, directors, employees, agents, and/or other partners harmless from any and all claims, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), damages, suits, costs, demands, and/or judgments whatsoever, due to or arising out of your use of Ignite2Unite Services, your breach of the Agreement, and any dispute between you and any third party or Member.
We have a limitation of liability: Ignite2Unite has a Limitation of Liability and this is a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and Ignite2Unite. Access to Services would not be provided to you without such limitations. You expressly understand and agree that Ignite2Unite shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and/or exemplary damages including, but not limited to, damages for pain and suffering, personal injury/wrongful death, loss of income, or other intangible losses, even if Ignite2Unite has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Ignite2Unite shall not be liable to you or any third party for the inability to use Ignite2Unite Services or any other matter relating the Ignite2Unite Services. This limitation applies to all causes of action. You hereby release Ignite2Unite from any and all obligation, liabilities and claims in excess of the limitations stated herein. In addition, no action, regardless of form, arising out of your use of the Ignite2Unite Services, may be brought by you or Ignite2Unite more than one (1) year following the event which gave rise to the cause of action.
What happens In a dispute?: The Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Tulsa, OK, USA and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA. Should a dispute arise, the parties agree to binding arbitration using a neutral arbritrator. Should any part of the Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
